Terms of Service

Last updated: June 7, 2026

Welcome to Zonclair. By accessing our website (https://zonclair.com) or issuing a purchase order for our manufacturing and CNC machining services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your use of our Site and all requests for quotations (RFQs), prototyping, manufacturing orders, and deliveries provided by Zonclair. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Quotations and Orders

  • Validity: All quotations provided by our engineering team are valid for 7 business days from the date of issuance due to market fluctuations in raw materials and logistics costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing on the specific quote sheet.
  • Order Acceptance: A contract is only formalized once we issue an official Order Confirmation or Proforma Invoice (PI) after reviewing your final design files and technical requirements.

3. Customer-Supplied Designs and Intellectual Property

You guarantee that you own or possess all necessary rights and intellectual property permissions for all CAD models, 2D/3D drawings, or blueprints submitted to Zonclair. You retain full ownership of your designs. You agree to indemnify and hold Zonclair harmless from any claims or liabilities arising out of copyright or patent infringements related to your custom designs.

4. Raw Materials and Material Certificates

Zonclair sources raw materials from reputable local suppliers. Unless explicitly requested by the customer in writing prior to order confirmation and accompanied by an agreed fee, we do not provide independent raw material mill test reports (MTR) or formal certificate copies for standard production runs.

5. Tolerances and Manufacturing Specifications

Unless explicitly specified by the customer in writing on the technical 2D drawings, all CNC machining parts will be manufactured according to the standard ISO 2768-m (medium) tolerance classification. Minor surface scratches or cosmetic blemishes that do not affect the mechanical functionality of the part are acceptable within general industrial manufacturing standards.

6. Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms require an advance deposit (e.g., 50% or 100% depending on the project volume and evaluation) via T/T (Bank Wire), PayPal, or Western Union before production commences. The remaining balance must be cleared prior to shipment, unless alternative credit terms have been formally approved in writing.

7. Inspection, Acceptance, and Returns

Due to the fully customized nature of CNC machined components, goods cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded after production starts. Customers must inspect all parts within 15 days of delivery. Any dimensions out of the agreed drawing specification must be reported with objective video or photo evidence. Zonclair will promptly repair or remake verified non-conforming components at our expense.

8. Shipping and Risk Transfer

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise under specific Incoterms (e.g., FOB, DDP) in the Proforma Invoice, all shipments are executed on an EXW (Ex Works) basis. Risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the customer once the products are handed over to the shipping carrier or courier service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zonclair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, production downtime, or loss of business opportunity) arising out of material supply delays, manufacturing defects, or shipment disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws governing our registered manufacturing facility, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
